Clubhouse Rental Information
Host/Hostess can accept bookings for parties only (3) calendar months in advance of party date. The party is not confirmed until contract is signed and deposits are paid.
Fees are as follows and are due at time of signing agreement:
$100 - Refundable Deposit
-Alarm must be set correctly upon exiting and NO false alarms.
$100 - Refundable Deposit
-No damages to property and clubhouse must be cleaned at conclusion of party and NOT the following day.
-Fireplace cannot be used, however candles are allowed and must be replaced if used.
$75 - Rental Fee - NON Refundable
-Rental fee will be forfeited if Clubhouse is not given 30 days advance notice of cancellation of party. Check will be deposited after party date.
